2.2dti workshop manual on cd

Hi there after finding out my dads w reg 2.2dti frontera had a snapped glow plug after a previous owner tried to repair and left it.I need to remove the cylinder head,after browsing ebay i can not see a workshop manual on cd for the 2.2dti.could someone point me in the right direction please.As i need to do this job asap.Cheers Adrian
