there is a p reg frontera swb in white parked up in my village in good condition but it rarely moves its just what i could do with i think they should give it to me know questions asked its a crime just leave it there ?

It probably wouldnt be too difficult to trace the owner, maybe make em an offer??

Stick a note under the windscreen maybe? Or if you want the easy way out, phone DVLA and pretend to be a clamper wanting to know where to send the ticket
