fuel filter

what kind of price should i be looking at for a new fuel filter so as not to be ripped off

the in line filter is no more than £3:50

it looks like this dont go by part number as this just an image

where do you get yours from as milams in kathrine drive charge £8.49 and they are normally good on cost

i just phoned milehams and with my discount about £6

i bought one for my sports a few months back and it was about £4 i also got oil & filter & petrolpipe so not 100% sure on exact price

if you want go there ask for keith ( he goes to dinner about 2 to 3 )and tell him you want a filter and what ever else and say its for john his neighbough

and ask for discount but dont shout it

Sounds about right for halfords.
Once went in for 10cm of fuel pipe, and they tried to sell me a metal brake pipe and then a rad hose. Eventually we got to the fuel pipe and all the could sell me was a metre length.
since then I try and find the small local car part stores.
