Marshals required - Scottish Rally 26 & 27/6

Hi Guys

I have been asked to be Stage Commander on Twiglees stage for this years Scottish. This is very close to the border, in Eskdalemuir behind Lockerbie (Trugga - it's the other side of the road from Castle O'er!).

I'm looking for help in 2 ways:

1. On Friday 26th I am setting up the stage, and could do with some help. Think about it - a 13 mile forest stage,and it's all MINE!

2. Saturday 27th the stage is rnning - need folk from 10ish (time to be finalised later) till 4 ish to help run. Get the best views, and be closest to the action.

Bummer... Im on holiday

Stage Commander eh - bravo. Best I ever managed was Chief Marshal for the 3 day Rally of the Midlands and the BRC launch event.

Actually, having concentrated on the BORC/BCCC it would be different to be working on the cars again.

I'll give it some thought (mind you, the ROTM is the weekend prior)

I might think of it, the problem I have is its my 50th on the 28th and dont yet know if anything is planned. I'll keep an eye on this topic though.

For those who have said they want to help out -

Friday 26th June - Stage setup. Meet at stage entrance at 2pm multimap or 79/230955. I'll try to have an orange arrow up by then. On left of B road heading north, on right heading south.

We have permission to camp in-stage if you want. :dance:

Saturday - Stage is running. Over 130 entries, including Historics, 2 wd, 4 wd & land rovers! :lol:

Please report to me at stage start multimap or 79/230955 by 10:00. First car is due 11:42.

I've booked good weather and loads of great motorsport - see you at the weekend!
