Midlands fogers

This is a SOS call to all midlands fogers. As bala is fast approaching i have been doing some jobs on my truck eg servicing.
What i am wanting is some help to replace gearbox oil and transfer box oil. I am mechanical minded and have seen how to do it on the forum but i am wary about refilling the boxes and don't want to get it wrong especially with the abuse its going to get at bala.
So if anyone can spear a couple of hours to hep me out i would be very grateful.
