I have a 1997 swb 2.0ltr 8 valve x20se,it has done 90000 miles about to due oil change.What oil would be the best :?:

hi mate i use 10w-40 mineral oil
in mine better for older engines.
(Yorkshire born and bred )

Under no curcumstances use semi or fully syntetic oil in this engine, especially with 90000 on the clock.

Semi or Fully syntetic oil thins out very quickly, especially when hot and will cause you oil pressure to drop.

Keep to good old, 10/40w mineral oil.

thanks for your replys,having read the manual its say synthetic,but im going with experiance,the minaral wins
