cylinder heads AtoB

can anyone tell me if there is any difference between a 2.2 16v head from a P reg LWB petrol A and a 99 SWB 2.2 16v petrol B many thanks in advance jrg1953 ----John
I have KLEPTOMANIA and when it gets really bad I have to take something !

they are different part numbers but what the difference is I have no idea.
