Variable Valve Timing

Does anyone know which of the Ecotec 2.0-2.2ltr engines has variable-valve timing and are the heads interchangeable with non-vvt heads and block. I want to adapt variable-valve timing with plans to turbocharge

2.0 and 2.2 Ecotec engines are not VVT engines.

Wouldnt know about swapping heads tho.
I also drink Port and I'm not ashamed to say it!
