There was one about a guy who flushed his engine out with water then could figure what he did wrong, and another some guy put sand in the block and oil thinking the abrasiveness of it would port his head :lol:

Reminds me of back in my boy racer days when one of my mates reckoned he could lower his Mk2 escort by 4", because he'd measured the distance between the bottom of the diff and the ground to be 6", and by his calculations he would still retain 2" of ground clearance!! :oh yer:
