frontera on film or tv

Has anybody seen a Frontera on tv or in a film? Inspector Morse had his Jag, Judge Dread had landrovers,I cant recall ever seeing a Frontera in a tv drama even in the background.

I once had my sport in a film ( cant even remember the name of it.. how bad is that ).

I was staying at my old climbing club cottage and I was asked to play a bit part, this ( get this ) young Buddhist monk knocks at the cottage door and I answer, he puts his bowl forward, I nod and shut the door in his face.

Apparently he goes off into the woods and hangs himself as that was the last straw in a catalogue of things

It was set in modern times but the Monk was in robes and my car was in the background.

The best bit was my mate Leo and his girlfriend who is from America turned up... how cool did I look with a full film set around the cottage

On top gear the other week, when they were testing those yank cars, when JC parked the hamsters car in the road I think the first vehicle past was a lwb rodeo, red I think. Might be wrong though

Drift ,what an excellent story! It made me laugh.Well done for all those who have got sharp eyes. I've yet to see one but I'm going to be looking out now.I doubt there will be one on X factor (groan) which the girls are watching.I find it a bit rich when earlier on my wife remarked "that wretched fog website again". Well,alright I was on it at the kitchen table but I was helping my 5 yr old son make a reindeer end sleigh out of cereal packets!

Missed all these great responses and words of wisdom until now.Will watch the youtube links when I can hopefully after I've done this.Well, Americas top model and Canadas top model etc gets watched here I ususally retreat in horror,the girls are beautiful its just that they get them to comment which is excrutiating.So there have been fronteras in films but not many it seems.

try watching re runs of Street wars or road wars on Sky 3.

Usually see a SWB blue series A or a Silver series B in the background somewhere.

Great bit of research 2oldO-O. How on earth did you find these sites? It looks like the Germans liked Fronteras enough to use them as police vehicles. It it possible to add to them if any more are spotted I wonder.
