number of seats in a swb

Am I right in thinking that swb only have 2 rear seats/seatbelts . ie can't have 3 ppl in the back??

mine has been modded to 5 seats but dont know how legal that is

The manufacturer specifications are for 4 seats. You would need to ensure that any modification to this is known by your insurance company.

mines got 2 three point seatbelts and a lap belt been fitted before i got the car.
