Heater

I'm getting seeds from next doors tree into my car through the heater - should there be a filter?

Help they are driving me mad!!!

just looked through the owners handbook,there is no referance to a pollen filter so presumably there is none fitted. :cry:

Sorry, nothing as posh. You could try some of that pond pump filter in the gap to act like a filter. Wouldnt go for anything sponge like as wet will get there and you dont want it clogging or mouldy.

Thanks for the replies - my father in law has got a pond I'll see if he's got any tomorrow. I am hoovering every couple of days at the mo - it looks like someone is throwing confetti in my car!!

I made this kind of solution cause seeds and other stuff was flying in. This keeps atleast bigger stuff outside.

i know this sounds strange, but if you take womans tights, does not mater what denier they are just use black ones and cut them up to just over size of the grill and take the grill of and pull the piece over the grill and refit,

I'll take it apart on Sunday and see what I can fit in there best. Cheers for the ideas!!

Hi, I sorted the heater out yesterday - my Father in law gave me some chinese matting that he uses for his fish pond, took it apart - put it in on the left hand side of the heater compartment so the seeds can't be sucked through now. Thanks for your help Rich
