Frontera Technical Support

Does anyone have any info on the "original" Transglobe Frontera. Not the Vauxhall special edition model but the actual vehicle used.
I was hoping to investigate the possibility of modifying a A series into a replica of the actual car used for the World Record event.
There is a posting on here from some years ago with some pics but they are no longer available.
Any help would be appreciated.

It was a near standard Blue 2.5 TDS LWB . From memory it looked very normal.
Have a little info on main PC but it will take some digging.
