if ime waiting in traffic i switch my engine off,i keep my revs to a minimum,change gear in good time,and if all else fails ,jump on my push bike :roll:

its murder out there at times though :evil:

I've found the best option on hypermiling in my frontera 2.2 has been to buy a 950cc peugeot 106 for £400 and leave the fronty at home. I've also found this has reduced wear on my AT's. :dance:

The 106 will have paid for itself in six months and it means I really really look forward to driving the Fronty when needed for bigger jobs.
