Hi,
Spent 30 mins today taking out the EGR valve....... it was a bit coked up to say the least.... :oops: :oops:
Cleaned it up with some carb cleaner and soft (brass) wire brush.
Result .... 90% of the underbonnet "agricultural" noise has gone!
Sounds more like a petrol now! :dance: :dance:

Bang some Molyslip in the oil, works wonders on my 2.8 and actually last till the next oil change :D
