The spare spear tip shape item will be cut in two and welded along side the one in the assembly to give a better reloctaion from any angle. I have knocked this one apart as the center ring isnt out of thick enough material, I mustve been day dreaming it wants to be out of 40mm really not 15mm to give the spring a good amount of wall to sit in after I put some rubber on the second disc.
I confess Ive not actually had the spring out of the Beast while planning so there will be some fettling when it comes to fit, will also be a weld in jobby as even with a body lift there aint room for long bolts to come through the hole in the chassis mount.
If anyone can see obvious pitfalls, constructive critisism is more than welcome.
