So I sepnt a good hour checking and rececking soldered joints to find out why the LWB light I was fitting to my SWB, brake light didnt function when the driving rears did. Just to find the 20watt fillament had died in the holder Finished swearing, lay on my back to tidy wires up and noticed the passenger spring was half out Fortunatley the spring tried to escape forward and sat on the shocker if it had gone backwards it would have been adios and crunch time Needless to say project spring retainer and dislocation cone will now be brought forwards on the calendar.

I agree Alex, as long as it works. Anyway it's not as if they are gonna be seen under there. bottom mount would be easiest theres a hole already there, a piece of flat bar over the first coil bolted down. Then a relocation cone mounted at the top(not sure on that fitting yet)

Got a body lift so theres plenty of room above the top mount and a big hole to come through. May just weld it though, looking at getting a 1" lift while I'm under there too.
Bar with a kink, bolted to lower is a nice simple looking one for me too.
