Frontera B headlight aim

Hi guys,
took the Fronty in for the French CT (mot) today and thankfully it passed with no problems apart from a problem with the headlight aim on one side.
The tester advised that it was not possible to fully vertically adjust the light as there did not seem to be enough adjustment possible,although he passed it he did advise to remove and refit the headlight to ensure it is fitted as it should be,I don't think it is possible to fit it incorrectly,and the problem is on one side only.
The lights are new and fitted by myself and obviously LHD version.
Is this a problem anyone has encountered and if so is there a fix for this,or could it possibly be a faulty light unit.
Any advice appreciated.

Have a look at the bulbs - I once fitted a replacement bulb that threw my headlamp aim way off as it wasn't mounted quite centrally in the collar, hence it was in the wrong place in regard to the reflector and the aim was way off.

Try swapping the bulbs side to side and see if you can spot a difference.

Thanks Andy,you learn something new all the time,would never have thought of that.
The light units came with bulbs fitted so will try sticking one of the old bulbs back in and see if it helps.
