Postby dickycaz on Sun Mar 09, 2008 6:51 pm

hi all looking for fuel additives to clean out my fuel system on my old 2.3td also is it just gunk wash to clean out my intercooler .its getting a wee bit smoky now and again already done the filters fuel and air  have a bit of time since getting home with only the outer wheel bearing today .the inner collapsed when off roading today so my truck is on the drive with 3 wheels. getting new bearings tomorrow and will pick up every thing else at the same time

Another vote for Millers.
Be careful, some "fuel system cleaners" don't have lubricant for the pump... Millers does.

tried to get millers today but no one had any so i got some forte diesel treatment and my wheel bearings as well full kit plus 500g of lith-moly grease and 500g of copper ease for my pads all in £45 i still get my discount from my local factors even with being out the trade for 7 years .so i am off to fit my new wheel bearings in the rain and wind

seeing you only put a small amount of this stuff into a full tank of diesel would it make that much difference?
