not a 4x4 but i put a windscreen in dads old car last weekend, got window in ok using rope.but there then is a plastic strip which go's in the rubber to make it all tight, havein trouble getting the strip in any idears please. thanks Les H. ps strange new look when logged on after week away at work.

cheers will try that. did try washing up liquid but was too slippy to push inn. Les H

Got the plastic in the rubber today, was going to buy the tool, but made one out of old coathanger,bit of wood and a clip. worked brill. thanks to smiffy for the idear. Les H
