something different

this is the kind of question I have not seen on the forum but often wondered.

I have an "03" 2.2 olympus sport

I have friends that enjoy "modding" cars in terms of performance and cosmetic (tints colour coding etc etc)

the one thing they all seem to do is lower their cars and wondered is it possible to lower a fronty? with the leaf suspension I assume not?

I like the look of the modern day jeep/car look and wondered if it was poss to achieve this with my jeep.

I no this isnt the usual "mod" that gets spoke on the forum but thot I would ask the question.

thanks guys!!

You have coils on your motor so its alot easier, you just need lower coils and shorter shocks.
You may have an issue with the brake bias valve ?

Ive seen some pics of lowered fronteras, and very pimped ones to.

If thats your thing, go for it, I for one would find it interesting.

We are a frontera forum for fronteras and most do get muddy and a bit battered lol, but it would be nice to see some alternative modifications to the frontera on here and Im sure the members will give you all the support they can.

Go on do it lol.

must admit av yet to see a "pimped" one!!

when I am researching in to lowering kits etc its never a straight fwd fronty bit and due to my lack of mechanical knowledge find it hard sourcing stuff I need!!

I defo fancy trying sumthing different with mine.

if any1 has info on types of shocks etc to get or even suggestions or ideas on "ICE", alloys etc etc feel free to mention!!

my fronty is a blank canvus and I am open to options lol
