Landwind x6

so what are your thoughts on the landwind x6 due to be sold in the uk this year,doesnt do very well in the crash test at all :shock:

exactly my thought.....nice spares source coz soon as someone crashes one it will be wrote off

I wonder if those headlights are interchangeable with the A Series.

I gotta agree on the lights & wheels too, they look pretty cool...
Also, the roof rails are shunted forward somewhat from the position on the A..

Different fixing positions??

I don’t know about the fixing positions.
I want to replace the stock headlight and prefer “new look” clear glass xenon headlights.
I know that there are kits for a lot of different Vauxhall/opel models, but didn’t find them (yet) for the forntera, there I thinking about using de landwind headlights.

Different fixing positions, different shape (our lights slope the other way on the inside) and integral rather than separate indicators.
If you go ahead with this, we'd all love for you to keep us posted on what modifications are needed and suchlike.

looks like a normal fog day offroading but coped well and agree the lights look smart good find :thumbup:

If someone wants to get some, I can make them fit :wink:

Remember those crash test vids were the ones that got it banned from sale in the EU last time it came around......not before a hundred or so were sold in the nederlands. They went back to the drawing board and used steel of the right size and section this time instead of bamboo. It still won't be brilliant in a crash.....then neither is the real frontera....vids on you tube for that. It must meet minimum safety requirements to be sold ....so let's hope they've upped their game. The Landwind website looks interesting....worth a look
