I had my back windows done on my Double Cab Van and it cost £100. Was done by a firm local to me in Halifax and would reccomend tham, but i guess they are a bit far for you.
One thing i would say though is dont go for the cheapest quote... mine cost a bit but you cant tell it has been done. I have seen some terrible tint jobs in my time!!!
