Haven't done it yet but I'm about to try and sort out my alarn issue, can't make up my mind whether to unplug the sounder, if I can find it or disable the whole issue.

Didn't get to the alarm, went to start it up but the battery is flat/kerred, first time in 3 years. So that's on charge pending testing, might be time to find a 95Ah one to fit. So went to mates who's got a Westfield with an iffy type 9 gearbox. Finished stripping it and replaced the necesary gears and gaskets, finish the rebuild tomarrow evening.

Took the roof panel off and spent about half an hour emptying the water from between the laminates. It appears the bonding between the outer and inner shells has started failing. I will leave a repair until warmer/drier weather.

Drove from North Wales to Sheffield to pick up a truck to find it was a complete dog. So turn around and drove 2.5 hours home to go and look at another on in Rhyl which turned out to be even worse after being promised it was mint!! Another 3.5 hours wasted.

But if it makes you feel better I had to by 2 train tickets on the spot for a return journey with my dad after I went to f**king Plymouth on the promise of a mint rangerover to find out it was sh@gged. The guy was selling it for £1300 and as i told him to f**k off and started walking away ( I was rude because the return tickets cost me £150 for 2) he chased after me and said he would take £400 for it.... clown
