Used it. Heard a liquid sloshing sound from the rear of the car - turns out its the laminates of the removable roof have collected water. Will drain it tomorrow, weather permitting.

today i bolted a step onto mine so i have easy access to the roof :dance:

and when i was driving back from town my car sounded louder than normal and when i looked under it i found my exhaust had split
so went down halforda and got some supplies to patch it up untill me new one arrives for fitting next sat

But on further in inspection I think its the thermostat housing that needs either resealing or nipping up :dance:

I had a little electrical contact cleaner spray left so thought sod it, dowsed the alternator in what was left :oops:

its charging better than it ever has now :shock:

14.2v and only drops to 13.8 with everything on

Then went a walked up a mountain with my daughter and my Mrs

Bought a Landrover Discovery 300TDi :shh:

Ok mate

Last monday till yesterday i was in southampton, the dti dragged my caravan down there no problem, did a few lanes around the salisbury plain and found some mud

. Also found such a scratchy lane that it ripped my n/s rear light lense off, only noticed it because when i braked the trees and bushes behind me lit up white lol...it was dark.

Tryed to do some lanes in the isle of wight, but most of them had emergency closers on them till mid summer, dispite trail wise saying they were open

And now im back, today the front crank seal has started to leak again... the mot is due end of the month as well...so lots of work to do on her
