fitted a roof rack , complete with rear lamp and mountings for the hi lift jack

Removed the ECD from the top of the pump ready to be sent off for repair. Will post pics etc up later.

Some one did it for me

. Came out of church this morning to be told that someone had driven into the front of my car bending the bullbar and smashing the one fog light. It wouldent have been a problem if they had apologized but they just drove away

. The people that saw it happen say there was quite bit of damage to there car.

Had to order a new exhaust cos it now sounds like a bag of bolts and has no go. The Baffles in the rear silencer have collapsed so its blocking the gases from escaping.

Trooper:
New air filter.
New oil.
New oil filter.
New fresh coolant after copious flushing.
New rear LSD diff oil.
New screen wash.
Repaired (rednecked) bonnet release cable. Wouldn't pull back through on the catch spring as the cable sticks in its sleeve. Drilled a hole through on the back of the slam panel and slapped some Hammerite on it to stop it from rusting. Now I can jam a screwdriver through the hole and "encourage" the catch back into place.

Astra:
New air filter.
New oil.
New oil filter.
New fresh expensive red coolant after copious flushing.
New screen wash.
New rocker cover gasket. Old one has made the front of the engine look like Niagra Falls just after being visited by the Exxon Valdez.

Its a brilliant fit and room for the door to open, took a bit of brain power (Jay) and botching bobster style :lol:

but its brilliant and you cant even see it from the inside of the car

One thing thats happened I cant hear the wind on my door seals when at speed, seems to deflect the wind, bonus its quieter :dance:

gave it a new oil filter and some 5/30 fully syntheic magnatec as its been 8000 miles since i fitted the new engine.

then dropped a new stereo, amp and made an boox for 1200w sub in the boot

I refuelled her, and used her to carry a whole load of baby items home for my daughter...I'm gonna be a grandfather come June (and I'll only be 33!!) :wtf:

Ebay mate. They're wired into fuse 7 in the engine bay (heater fans) and go on/off with the engine.
