Well i gave in and fitter another ECU today as i got sick of the light coming on and staying on, Was getting code P0606 ECU critical fault. Now all seams to be good even the EGR is working again after ant 3years of being unplugged. Just have to see if i get better mpg now

I washed mine, couldnt exactly say its now clean but its not brown :lol:

New Rocker Cover gasket

Removed and cleaned IAC Valve

Tidied up other person(s) slack work from time ago

Unblocked driver's RH windscreen washer jet and re-aimed

Gave some dry bits n bobs a squirt of WD40

...and looked at the possibility and awkwardness of changing the sump gasket hmmm...!!! :-s

Undo the body mount bolts .. rope to the roof bars and the tow it off with the Trooper

There is no roof and trooper still at the farm we search on here and haynes should give a me an idea

Use the LWB. Tie a rope through the sunroof and give a good old pull.

yeah i did that with the garage an look at the problms that caused with its not a drive way its a garden carry on lol all i need is that houseing officer comein back saying now you removed the body its not a frontera its a blah blah
I think i have a rough idea an jack will use his tractor to lift it if i take it down his first before i start stripping any more of it

Just got two spare part worn A/T Nankang Forta FT7's with plenty of tread for £30. Good for spares. Not bad as they are £85 each new.

Rewired most of my 2.8lwb...cos it was being a right pain in the butt and refused to start at 9pm up the workshop when I wanted to leave....
No supply to fuel shutoff solenoid or starter circuit... :twisted:

All sorted now though...thanks to Dwifty and Davetherave for the help on the phone, and Sally for not giving my dinner to the dog and waiting up incase I needed picking up and bringing home...

today i taxed it and wired up the roof lights :twisted:
