ive never been so scared at seeing someone with an angle grinder , he took chunks out of my tara !!!

seriously thank you to everyone , its been a long long day but have really enjoyed it , ive never cooked for so many either hahaha i just cant believe how lucky we are to be apart of something when people pull together like they have today x

Well, it would've happened to someone, but today it was me - I've never felt so guilty for having sheared that blasted bolt off, especially where it was located too! Hence why, with my near non-existent skills I kinda stood back a bit (too many cooks & all that, 'cept you guys knew what to do!) :oops:

Anyways, thanks stretch & gem for your wonderful hospitality (& letting me stay the night!) and can't wait to see Tara down the woods in a couple of weeks! And thanks fudge too for the continuing work you've done on my truck too

Sweet, Lara has a twin sister down at the woods now, albeit Tara's a little easier on the eye :lol:

So what's she had, body and suspension lift to get the nobbly tyres on? Looks good though, well done to all involved.

well ive just got up
last night got in at about 10.50 had a shower (really needed one) a whisky and then bed

was a very interesting day. i have to say it does defo look really good gem
and petes one looks better with thoes bullbars on

starting to wake up here too , dunno about pete outside lol

she got 2 inch body and 2 inch suspension lift and looks like a little ralley car from the front now

couldnt think of any other name but tara with her number plate lol she's a cute twin for lara at least but no competion for the woods, she'll just have to admire her twin for that lol

untill you try and rally it through the woods gem :twisted:

I believe the full list of mods done were:

2" suspension lift
2" body lift (eventually)
2" front bumper lift (c/w cut outs for the following)
Huge knobbly tyres and wheels
EGR and QWS birds nest removed

That infamous front smile that always rots. This time in very good condition (though I would take the opportunity now to get in there and treat it and paint it):

Looks good - do yourself a favour though Gem and Stretch - have fun with it down the woods but don't push it to far - no reason for not having alot of fun with it but you will kick yourselves if it gets all dented and bent just because you've pushed it that step to far.

Looks very good! I want 1 lol. Wish I could of made it but as it happens I spent all of yesterday feeling insainly ill

. just one more thing that needs to be done to her....and that's to get some manual hubs!

Lol thx buddy. But it was self in flicked...I went out Friday night and was drinking spirits as if it was water. Was still drunk at midday yesterday lol and when to bed at about 1am still feeling like I'd been in a tumble trier all day lol. But that early night last night has made me feel pretty spritly today

Those thread patterns both look different...so would be 2 culprits...
