pic three is my favorite and set the number plate back to the grill at the back then just put some ducts to pump air round and down as was looking as a subaru bonnet vents two side grills and a great whopping mouth for the top at the back to rush plent of air straight at the top of the lump

Thanks Steve, would be interesting to know as my diff cover isn't as dry on the outside as it should be. Securing bolts will need wd40 too as the top ones, in particular, are not for letting go.

took mine in for the mot retest and passed. they tested my handbrake again which they didnt need to do as it passed the test last week and i didnt any repairs to the brakes for the retest. funny thing is the hanbrake is only working on the one wheel but it seemed to hold up on the rollers today. :lol:

took mine for a MOT and passed, well it was going to fail actually , but he took a spanner to the horn and clattered it until it started working and also replaced the fog light bulb (both free fixes) and then he passed it

Always helps if your MOT tester is a 4x4 nut :drink:

Took the battery out to charge it because the stupid solar panel must be knackered and drained it, thats about it :lol:

have you checked the wire is still connected to the terminals drift because mine snapped off, the wires really flimsy, i resolded it back on & its working fine again :wink:

Yer went over it, but even so it should not drain the battery if the terminal was broken, I think the non return diode thingy is faulty, when it get dark I think it has taken more power than its produced due to the fault.

CPU died suddenly today, had to rush to computer store to get it replaced (£25 less for fronty

) But without FOG there'd be no fronty for long anyway, so money well spent!

This morning i fitted my nice new RED RELAY Thanks to Frontera member **Plumjam** who kindley supplied the said item. Now my headlight washers work perfectley!!!! :dance:

Sat and let my darling little daughter drive from Nottingham to skeggy all in one go which was not bad as this was only the second time she has drive the big v6 and she loved the fact being auto no gears to change and with the cruise control it is even lazier

Only one scary moment when a dozy bint pulled out not realising my daughter was giving it large on the loud pedal.

Tried checking 31" tyre for fit.. got as far as lifting the F/O/S (29") tyre enough to move - slightly - then 'fssh fssh', no more lift, oil seal gone.

Moral of the story: Read the advice on avoiding 2 tonne trolley jacks for the Fronty 'before' buying, not 'after' :roll:

Just fitted the new bracket for holding the nudge bat I got with thanks to Glynn. Modded the front bolts so they were longer and put to m8 nuts in the normal screws and mounted the number plate to the holes I had put in before so the plate rest against the 2 m8 bolts and so supports the number plate and it sits higher so does not obstruct the air flow as much as it would normally

It also leaves me room for my new spots to go underneath when i get them
