took Sallys glitterball and the chevybravafing up to the workshop for fixing, fettling and ???????? (well that would be telling!)...

The 2.8Lwb did well, gave the welded DMF a proper test today, towing the chevybravafing on a heavy iforwilliams trailer, some big hills to...

Total towed weight we calculated at 2.75 tonnes, t...and she didnt miss a beat and the clutch was superdooper...
Even got the temp gauge to reach the 1/2 way point at one stage, d'oh dont need the heater at the mo as it was like summer today!

Took the 2.8 for a trundle round the woods to show Davetherave around as he was helping today and he hasnt been able to come up the woods for a while cos of his eyeball...We did some flexy stuff on some of the axle twisters and no rear rubbing with 33's on the chrome 10j's, front catches slightly though on lock and flex, but nothing that couldnt be driven around. So good stuff!

I did buggar all to mine today, coz its broke.....

Only cos you took it skinny dipping in a snorkel-less kinda way...

well i used my newly equired hilift jack, as noting else would pick it up and bolted it back on, and came bk
then took a lesser car (mum's)
and i got to worl just in time, and my boss was understanding

and sorry no pic's too bissy sorting it, trying not to be late
and it seams there is no real damage, brakes are feeling strange still, but working, have look for any leaks and carnt see any. but there maybe

now should be good for he week, will keep an eye on it untyill the weekend, then i can gett it all cleaned and go through it propper

Fudge, glad you're OK but what caused the wheel to come off? wheel nuts? hub failure?

i lost all the nuts.
must of not done them up right, since i changed the wheels last night :oh yer:
