I swapped the 16" steel wheels for my 15" alloy wheels as I had finished re-painting them.

spent most of yesterday ripping its heart out and spent most of today putting it back togehter. rembered to take sum pics i know you lot love to have a look at whats under the hood. mine a 3.2 v6 so for those who wondered what it looks like in bits have a peep there are photos in the gallery

About to flip a coin on wether I break it/scrap it or repair it :-/..

While I was contemplating that, I welded handbrake lever back together,freed off seized o/s/f caliper sliders, stripped both front hubs and attempted to strip n/s/r brake.
And dropped the coin.....

whats up with it what else needs doing to it.

if it is repairable without breaking the bank then why not go for it better the fronty you know than the one you dont.

i bought what i thought a beauty but when had the engine checked out turned out to be a lemon.

1750 plus another 450 for the head gasket and service including tranny fliud if wasnt that it is a beautiful looking lump i would of thrown a wooble by now and junked it though the toss pot i bought it off's living room wall.

Rear inner arch at seat belt mount was brittle rusty metal. Cut it out and welded a metal plate in, need to drill some holes line up the orignal mount plate bolt together then weld it to new plate

This started as a wee hole till i poked it with a screwdriver an it just crumbled away as i said above i just cut it away

im getting the hang of this welding slowly getting better

Then i realised if i pushed the 1 button turned the knob it gave a better weld ach well im still learning
The stock car look i have two weeks to get it road worthy

what do i need to hook my laptop to the fronty to do the remap if you have the files is it a specific bit of software and a certain cable as i am game for a laugh once i have the thing back together

went to the boot sale pick up a 10 ton snatch block, D Shackle and a balljoint splitter all for £1
then i removed the bash plate's ready for redneck party. painted them as they were off.
