yeah but what ive tried to explain is that if you can lift the torsion bars up so many turns then it probably hasnt been lifted previously, torsion bars will sag over the years & may well of been tweaked up a bit over the standard setting, if you can only turn the torsion bars a few turns then the front will of been lifted previouisly.... so if it hasnt been lifted you can fit either custom made +2" springs or trooper heavy duty springs ( they give approx 2" lift ) or insert 2" spacers on top of the standard springs and then level the front end by winding up the torsion bars ( measure from wheel centre to top of wheel arch on each side and obviously tweak each side as needed for equal heights !
im not sure there will be exact standard height for the front because as ive said previously the torsion bars will sag over the years and so there could be quite a bit of difference between any members fronties and you're own.
