its a shame, 128thependos has a fully rebuilt engine in his 2.2 and he is breaking it, minus the icv

it was part rebuild last year

today i have made a switch for my cb radio and hidden most of the wiring (pic's to follow)

stanless steel back, and it lights up green when on

and on my way home from work i stoped and found i had a nice 59 Audi A4 as a trailer

then after inspection it had bent my step, flattened my tow bump plate. and cracked a rear light. and they had a nice buckled bumper and tow bar shaped hole into the front of there rad (didnt leak tho) as well as loads of broken plastic

I stuck my front number plate back on, and checked the oil. I think I need a little top up.

Martha - no problems.. 2.0 sport-ish.... diff oil, filters etc..

Knuckleskinner - cant carry on.. (B series 2.2 RS) too much aggro, too many arguments, not enough justifyable cash.. Still wont start with alternator connected.. got to give up..

Gave it a service and fitted fogs (in the My Fronty post of Readers Rides)

Changed oil and filters and plugs. Feels like a new truck!

Also drilled through the clutch bracket and through the firewall, a small nut and bolt and sorted out the flex of the bracket that was making gear change awkward!

Checked all the fluids and had to charge the Battery..Again

Been 6 days, so went out and turned the key, she started after a 4 second crank :dance:

The just for fun scraped the ice from the inside :lol:

Decided I hate auto gearboxes today, picked up the B series from the transmission specialist and had to hand over a rather large sum of money because the pressure solenoid had carked it.

Can actually drive up hills again which is a bonus

striped the roof lining out, to get to a small leak, but can not see it, its in the left corner, but that's all i can see,

try talcum powder it might help source it
