is so happy now i have fixed the head gasket on the fronty. it was my first time aswell doing a head gasket

Took my car back to the garage that fitted my exhaust before the Christmas. It was rattling it's t1ts off. Bracket on centre section had moved. They fixed it in about 2 min.

I finally got round to making my load cover after bobbinsjob showed me his at the last BBQ in the woods.



But I decided to mount my new speakers on it due to finding out that they are half an inch too big to fit in the standard holes and gave up making speaker pods for them to ft.



Bad finish I know but I got bored with it.

Here is a picture of the fronts which I done sometime time ago but never got round to posting a pic as people have their own ways of upgrading the fronts due to the Bs having a stupid size speaker.



It is mounted using an adapter that I made which is the same size as the standard speaker.

finaly fitted my rear springs and shocks





front shocks and snorkel next week , all being well

today she in having new rear disc and pads thats another thing ticked off the long list of jobs

Changed the fuel filter.

changed my squeaking fan belt
and got a price for pads/disc and cambelt kit
and the cam belt kit was cheep or i think about £50ish +vat

Thats the one Chris, Halfords didnt have one and everywhere else was shut so got it here in 2 days from these,

Fitted my CB and I think I have got it working

The strip down has started on mine,timing casing was taken off it last week,and ow cam belt tension was in bits
So good old Rich has had a go today,by taking the head off but could not get the manifold off that i put on last year at least i am good at some things

The real damage will show tomorrow when the head is off
So fingers crossed lets see tomorrow brings
