well not today but last night, reversed the bloody thing into a post bent all the rear door in as it hit the spare wheel, bloody post was high enough to hit spare but couldn't see it in mirrors, now 2moro i got to try and pull the dents out,

Finally got round to changing the coil pack on my frontera. I'm a little tired now but glad it's done. What a pain in the backside!

I went to Winsford with Andy and stripped the starter motor, alternator, turbo, side lights, bonnet and window wind defectors, clutch slave cylinder and anything else I could get my mucky mitts on from an MU :lol:

it will live on

well we had the head off today no damage replaced timing belt and new tensioner thunk oil pumps done it blocked with that stuff did engine flush and oil fillter was cloged with that pooh running but rough not enough oil getting up to crank so i am correct in thinking its the oil pump?

Flush with paraffin or diesel and flush and flush, then cheap oil and clean filters, then use decent oil and a new filter, this may break down the crud.

Can we get Seafoam over here?

Woa its expensive but the yanks swear by it.

guy scrapping two 2.3 lwb same one i looked at last year thinking of going down an see what he wants for them may take one a put it back on road they been sat for two n half ears all windows got put in them so might tke one an spare if he makes a good dealor take one an do an engine swap

Finally fixed Banshee. Replacement power steering pump, and ripped all the aircon pipework out and replaced the knackerd aircon pump with a simple pulley. Running like a dream now.

Took about 2-3" of mud off the inside of the sump guards, crossmembers, and drivetrain.

Met up with Fogman for a mini spanner party to try and sort his 4WD system. Had minor success, but still not working
