No problem Andy, happy to help and twas a good oppourtunity to munch on a bacon butty.
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ) Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Happy to watch . Most of the hard work was already done when I arrived at about half 11. But the truck is awesomely high at the rear! That with its butt tuck you can park a standard frontera under the rear of it . Also a thanks goes to andy for helping me put the 2 doors onto my truck. The rear took a whole 5 mins? While the front took best part of a hour if not longer lol.

Thats pukka flex andy....think them handbrake cables might need looking at though, unless the plan is it applies the handbrake when tractionless droop is achieved LOL. Hows the clearance on the inner wing looking for up travel with 33's? Might be worth looking at rosejointing the upper rear suspension arm, as I would think you have achieved the limit of travel in its rubber bushes, or maybe have a look at replacing the chassis mount for this with a landrover trailing arm chassis mount, and then using a shortened LR rear trailing arm for the upper rear suspension link.

Nothing a FBH can't fix I mean deeper offset rims or spacers couldn't fix

Greg is talking about the bar that attaches to the top of the diff and the middle of the body. What he is saying is the rubber bush inside is probably at the limit of being twisted with that amount of flex. By replacing with a chunky bar with a rose joint either end it will allow the link to hold the diff at the right angle in relation to the propshaft, but also the joints will allow the axle to twist. Bit like a chunky version of this:
