Fixed it
Today I took off the exhaust manifold and turbo I found the small pipe to the turbo actuator had a small slip in it so changed that then checked the actuator moves by putting an air compressor on the pipe then Put it all back on and went for a test drive to find it has a little bit more power still not happy with that so checked the diaphragm on the injector pump to find it had some dried mud in there so cleaned that out. Then started the engine and pushed the loud pedal all the way down to find that the inlet pipe collapses when on full throttle so I undone the air box and tried again this time it was fine so done the air box up and disconnected the snorkel and it was fine.
So went for another test drive and its now fine.
So after all the bloody work of taking bits off and cleaning to find it was all down to the snorkel
