Top Gear Off Road Special Tonight

You lot make me laff, there a far worse things that the BBC waste money on I'll start with EastEnders to name but one. It's entertainment, petrol orientated entertainment at that. Precious little of that on the beeb generally. I'm not really a big fan of TG these days myself, but do watch the special eppys like the one your talking about. Yes we all know it set up from start to finish, but after Hammonds near death cock up at driving a drag car, do you really expect them to put "stars" in blatant dangerous life threatening situations???

Having owned a Range Rover, I'll go with May's and Hammond's sentiments about them at the start of the programme about whether they actually worked or not. Mine didnt either, not reliably, bloomin peices of rubbish. I'd have the Frontera over it anyday.

I have to agree, it is sold worldwide so we must be getting our money's worth.
Also it has just won best tv show of the decade so people must like it.
Having been to see it live early on when Carol Vordeman was the "star", I can say that Clarkson is exactly the same off screen as he on screen, bl00dy funny.
I enjoyed the Bolivia special and whilst most is set up, there are lots of genuine moments, how did they do that bit with JC on the edge of the cliff, they panned out and you could see it was him.
Oh yeah, excuse my ignorance but what's a 360?
