Brake Pipe Replacement -Alchamist

Looks very oily around front diff, can only asume problems with it or tranny if someone went to the trouble of removing the drive.does it engage 4wd if turned by hand? might be worth jacking both fronts off ground and turning it to see if they drive before searching for a prop.

I can get down to you 1st march to sort out the hinge. i can make a plate for in the pillar and we will nibble away the inner panel to acess the pins. cut the old ones off and renew and if you get a prop get the bolts as well. if you call the place i give you the number of they will remove it if it's still on the vehicle. but as alex said if you get both front wheels off the ground and twist the flange clockwise just to see if the hub locks work and the diff moves. both front wheels should lock and rotate in the same direction may take a sharp snatch to lock the hubs.let us know how you go on.

There was a lot of work done by the look. With some luck (and you are due some) it could just want some more bleeding or the pads to bed back in.

Ok - Round 2 today all being well. John has offered to come over again! (He clearly didn't have enough punishment last time, or the coffee was that good)

Hopefully we can find out where the brakes are sticking today, and if I we have long enough I will see if I can test that front axle of mine.
