changed the steering idler and will attempt to do bottom ball joint tomorrow

Tidied up the parcel shelf then replaced the rear tail light cluster as it had an intermittent fault and then I jet washed the old girl underneath in prep for her MOT.

I then retired to the shed and carried on refurbishing brake calipers I started last week but it was to hot in there like a sauna so I fired up the BBQ and opened a few bottles of stella :drink:

what i did was go play in a field and got the frontera stuck up to her sump gaurd, i got her out with lo range and lots of forward back etc, now the bonnet roof windows etc are covered in mud,

cleaned my new recovery points, and primmed them,

mowed the lawn, now sitting there with a magnum, nom nom nom

took it apart engine still cant get engine management light to stop flashing between gear changes does not stay on just flashes suggestions people dazz going crazy its already given me 6 staples in my head lol

Have you read the codes?

have you checked vac pump & tank as when you change gear revs would drop so would vac

then when revs go up vac goes up :drink:

were is the vac pipe lads i case i am looking at wrong pipe

i used my lidl heat gun too remove decals of my niargara sport no more strips funny i was not as happy as i thought, make room for the new ones when i buy them thinking blue an white along the side an the frontera saltire decal if i ever get it made

Today Fitted new Bullbar to mine and wired in the lights. Fitted the Bugard, Frontera Fog Lights and put the Horse Grafix on Chrissy's truck.

Both lookin good now.

I blasted a coupler of old stickers off mine today with the power washer on full, brilliant and only a little paint came off :oops:

spent most the day sorting the roof rack out so i can get the spare wheel up top as i need the boot for the horse gear and was having to leave the spare at home when i went to the shows [ not good]. so took the rack apart and redrilled all the holes to stop the wheel from falling through the roof bars also needed to shift it back a bit as to get the sun roof to pop out on the hot days. while was at it i give it a good coat of mat black. now it dont stick out like a sore thumb :lol:

. so i was just wondering wot you folks ues to tie the wheel down with rope/chains/straps ect. and has anyone turnd up at the mot with the wheel on top. is that allowed or not.

some cars don't even come with spares mec a class for a start mines on the roof too had no problems
