I sorted myself an new antenna an tightend the screw bloody thing like a fishtank cause of rain getting in the hole

i can wiggle it now but still cry like a baby if the wife slaps it lol

to look at it well a silly wee cut now small one alway bleed the worst for some reason :lol:

went to halford for a electrical connector set £7.99 no way went to local hardware shop £2.99 only thing that confused mewas both sets had female bullets but no male.

Least i can wire up the other two lights now

my frontys been sitting for a week now waiting for parts. so i thought i would start it up and let it run for a while it took about 5 mins for the smoke to clear lol . it never done that before

Just got back from my fronty's first real drive, a week in Ullswater

The beasty was loaded to the max with a roof box and a weeks camping or rather glamping equipment, the misses, two boys and my baby husky. Fell in love with my beasty all over again, it done 70 no probs with not much loss of speed on the hills then found out if I done 85 just before the gradient it didnt slow, Powered up the mountain roads as we were camped at 800 ft and I found some tracks higher up loads of fun. With renewed confidance in the beasty I done 80 home all the way, a lovely drive. Oh before I went I painted under her black on the bars and silver on the bash gaurds (so it will look good when I roll it :lol:

Did a load of work on the 2.4i today with a view to getting it back on the road as its too tidy to cut it up into a pickup for up the woods...
Whilst meddling in the engine bay I clocked the options plate which proudly states G80

Runs nice now, doent know what to do with it yet mind, whether to keep it or sell it on to fund more projects.... :oh yer:

well i am still of from work due to working in oz gave us four weeks off as we were in oz decommissioning machines on cadia mine i took betsy into the workshop today put here up on the ramp and under sealed her looks well nice, and to see the lads as i am mobile i don't see them that often took photos put them up later

managed to get an fit a roof rack, now just need a spare wheel to put on top,

well i managed to get four out of five roof lights working to bloody windy in my drive yet walk to side of house it fine need to fit an earth to the other spot.

got wire`s everywhere i need to buy some black tape to tidy wire`s up decided where to put switch panel then route wire an tidy, re-secure roof bar

got my roof lights on haven't attempted to wire them up yet

Managed today to take off the old bullbar fix the steering header bolts and fit the new rear taile pipe with the aid of Horses45! Cheers Cosmic!!! Oh thank you Arora for putting my rear light guards on they look great.
