Fitted new rear shoes, cylinder and drum.

Bleed the breaks, adjsted the hand brake, and its still not working right!

Checked the power steering fluid and it was OK :drink:

Fitted Rebecca with brand new shiny NGK racing sparkplugs and discovered the mother of all oil leaks in the plug holes gonna change gasket tomorrow

Replaced blown illumination bulbs in my dashboard last night.. one of those jobs that "I was getting around to.."

Bit fiddly.. to get dash out but all in about 1/2 hour start to finish. Bulbs are from Hellfrauds "HB501" 12v 5W - £2.69 for 2, theres 4 total in the dash (BTW :wink:

same bulb as sidelights).

Ebay has squillions for sale, search for "501 bulb" - a lot cheaper, also there are LED ones availiable if you want funky colours (not legal for sidelights - interior only)

Connectors for illumination are the white ones, turn anticlockwise 90 degrees to release, nice easy job if SWMBO is watching "Her Soaps" and Eastendercorryfarm isnt your thing.

Done the three rear windows silver. What a nightmare!

I got a few creases in the back window due to being on my own at the time and i'm hoping they dry out, if not I have another roll to do back doors so I will use that to replace if ness. At £4 for a 3m roll I'm not that bothered.
I also done a cover for the brake light, When light it says - = BOOM = -

Replaced my drivers door window mech FINALLY!!!!!! plus got my cb radio back from the cb doctor and put back into the car , debating how to fix the roof lights do i wait for roof rack fix light mount or go straight for the roof hmmmm decisions decisons.....

Looked at the fronty from the flat window and thought about sorting the leaking sump which i picked up at bala....but the hangover won out. Always next weekend to think about it, lol
