Not reporting your post or anything like that, was just wondering why it was done thats all.

As for grovelling about under water then I agree totaly but tend to fitt mine with the stops thru the rear window and front onto the roof, but only fit them when I am going off road, but dont have them on at all times. Just wondering how much easier it is to find the shackel that the hole any way thats all.

Every body has there own ways of doing things and | just like to know why some things are done, if a any reason at all or just to look good.

Oh ok sorry Trev i just saw Repot this post and wonderd why. A lot of us find it easier to have them fitted permanantly and i think they look good too.

just to but in i like the look of them and makes it easier for me to connect my straps when im off roading and green laning plus did i say i like the look of them

My 2 danglies sit out on thr front in all weather. Occasionally get some copperslip for them, but itsa spanner to open them, I dont usually mess with them.

Sold the little black 2.8, didn't realy want it to go, but would rather it be used than sitting doing nothing. Hope it made it home with no dramas'.

Cleaned off all the welsh mud then put my fog stickers off tom

Took the gearbox out.Still none the wiser as to why i only have 4th gear.Pressure plate and clutch in mint condition.

From your fault description it will be the actual gearbox that is at fault not the clutch.

Sorted the oil pressure sender.

Tidied the side step with the help of a wire brush and tin of black spray paint.

Washed the outside and rubber mats, gave the inside a good vacuum but the carpets are still soggy from Saturday :roll:

Checked and adjusted the front tracking and discovered the new steering arm I fitted is also bent

Rear diff is now leaking so off with the cover tomorrow morning to see why

I went off roading at an abandoned farm with my new tyres met a drunk bloke on a mini crosser who showed me round

Hi everyone
I gave the truck a mini service,air filter,diesel filter,but i let ATS do the oil & filter change.
it seems to go much better for it.a slight problem has occured with the window wipers,the intermitent seems to have stopped working and the normal wipers don't park where they should,i'am not sure what's going on,i'll get them checked out.if anyone has any idea's how to fix them, i'am all ears

started the rebuild of the dash

I finally got all the detritus from Bala out of the car and did a few checks and all is well :dance:

so I tidied the shed did the garden then got drunk
