Out again today and did some more gentle lanes - spectacular scenery again.

It started snowing here about 1pm light snow but is making a nice white surface and is still coming down which is great but i have a load of stuff coming via AMAZON i want delivered before Christmas :roll:

We got down to minus 17 last night :shock:

well still cold and NO!!! SNOW!!! in matlock and now on nights till christmas morning then 1 whole day off before im back on earlies boxingday :cry:

well just been to the shop and oh boy was it fun, even in 4wheel drive still managed to get some side ways action and that was going slow

Got none at all down here. Except a few inches of Ice. It's moving south though. South Shields (25 miles north up the coast) has had about 4 inches in the past hour, and it's still bleaching down. Hope it comes here...will be able to have some fun on the way to work in the morning.

Our 10" of snow has frozen solid, Ive just put a pot of water outside, going to see how long it takes to freeze

i miss the northeast and all the fun i have up thier :cry:

At 11.17 this morning it was -10 outside the car, but -11 inside the car :shock:

Oh and the bowl of water is now frozen in less than an hour

Another trip out in the snow, approx 25 miles, to baby sit my Father (who was released from hospital last week) whilst Mother went to church.

Not much snow (relatively speaking) hear in the Midlands, 3" where I live, perhaps 2" over at my parents, but the roads were reasonably clear.

I saw that, I think it was in the Ukraine, they told him not to bend the cable on his microphone as it was so cold it would snap :shock:
