thinking of gettin a 1999 lwb 2.2 DTI

and i have heated electric mirrors that seem to work when they want (cant find the circit the switch takes its power from )any one no ??could be a dodgy switch i supose but the mirrors work fine :shock:

think i nearly sorted me D/din cd player job out aswell . just bought me some toyota ctereo brackets look nearly the same as the fitment for a D/din that is fitted in the truck .all i need now is to sorce a facia and just add screws :dance:

the switch only lights up now and then and on further inspection they still dont heat the mirrors even when the light is on

thats the surround i am looking for :drink:

where did that one come from ??

i found 4 poss ones from the states just waiting to here back wheather they will ship over to uk. $30 for one +postage :party:

think me switch might be the fault then ...when the little light is on it can be on for 20 mins but the mirrors dont heat up at all .

i have emailed sumone that is breaking one so fingers crossed ..

just gotta fix me rear wiper then get some good boots on her :dance:

what a siht none of them will ship to uk ..... tossers ....well will have to just keep looking over hear :oh yer:

well got the stereo in with toyota brackets ...slightly modified ..

just waiting to find a surround ..

and my god for a 2.2 diesel dont these things go sum ...much better than my 54 reg l200 well chuffed :lol:

i have no rear wiper at all .took a look at the wireing in thew rear door looked a little black round the multi plug ??? i have washer at the rear though so least i can wash mud ect ect off the rear window :roll:

It'll be the orange "ALARM" box in the dash to the right of the glove box. Plenty on here about it. Have a look HERE
