Could be a few things but likely to be the prop stretched to far with the lift and needs a spacer and may not ne seating correctly at the gearbox input, there maybe a slight leak in that area.
Or loose body mounts could offer the same symptoms.

How about a wheel bearing,as mine is doing the same sort of thing :?:

im putting it down to the ballon tyres, and i have knocked my tracking out again

Unless you have whacked it hard recently it wont be tracking, have you a two piece prop? if so the lift most likely has killed the carrier bearing.

it could be that it just fookin scared to go out in its new yellow coat

sorry bud, yer tracking and really unbalanced wheels all 4, but there is nothing they can do about the wheels, its the rubber putting them out,
