some of these high milage frontys must have had a few oil changes !

well mine is a nov 2000 its now done 103.000 miles and oil change every 6 months and its a minter (honest)

375,145 Kilometres (quick google) that's 233,140 miles.
My previous post was wrong.  Think I did the conversion backwards; Hic. If you need something done quickly just ask a busy woman then get the f"k out of her way.

Ahh, an 'N' plate with a mere 149k here. But I do something like 3k a month in it so that will soon go up.
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been
Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered  )Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... Mine Went Bang and then threw a rod out of the bottom of the sump

230000 on second fuel pump now going like a train !

The 2.4 is only on about 75k, not bad for a K plate. Not going to go up much either now it works in the woods. Only does about 200 yards a month now, bit of a waste of a one owner vehicle with new suspension and brakes alround, still mot'ed until november

135K ish. I've done 15k in a year. It only breaks because I abuse it and don't look after it like I should

Sounds like it's about to fall apart but, it just keeps on going. (despite the driver) Not bad for a 19 year old bus! Wish it had come with some service history though. Might give me some idea what's been cocked-up on it in the past! Noli Illegitimi Carborundum

135k on one 2.8, and 160k on the other IIRC...

238k and ..... Crunch, squeal... STOP! For now anyway, replacement engine going in, then benching the one that comes out for a deep look, refurb as reqd and probably put it back in.
