Cool Pics Speedbird 8)

I like the colour of your Fronty. I nearly bought one the same. It was in excellent condition but the mileage was way too high :!:

Im pleased you like the pictures celticwarrior, thank you for your comments.

I took a couple more when it was just starting to get dark the other night, I will post those soon.

Got used to the colour now, and like you I quite like that shade of red wasn't too certain at first, also happy with the rest of the car ....................... :D

Great pics, Thanks.

I rememebr as a kid going to the Reading Rock Festivals (before it became twinned with leeds and commerical), and twice a day, every day, half the people there would stop and look at the sky. Took me a few years to realise that anyone who lived to far north of the M4, never got to see and hear the great bird fly.

For the Vulcan guys, have you read Vulcan 607? It tells the story of how they bodged the planes together, and flew the longest air raid of its time to the falklands.

Again, great pics.

Donated from Bristol
She was in the next hangar to where I work for years, used as a Christmas tree for spares, Glad shes gon to a new home & is being looked after, We still have a Concorde on site which is also open for tours.
Most interesting Concorde is at Sinshiem in Germany where mounted on the roof of the Museum they have the Russian Concordski & an Air France Concorde! You can go inside of both............
