I'm interested!

I'd be raising money for Crawley, Reigate & District Cats protection :D

Going to look over the link and see if I have seriously got the time to get fit and to raise the money

Re: Anyone feeling Brave ??????? by FUDDY MUCKER on Mon Feb 23, 2009 10:54 pm
Wahay, Did someone mention the FUDSTER.

Yes I'm Back !!!!!

I most apologise for not getting around to keeping everyone update, just been a busy few weeks.

I must also thank everyone who as pledged there support for my charity Parachute jump, a big, big thank you to all. Upto yet I have got in excess of £500 already pledged for the County Air Ambulance Service, which covers nearly all of the west midlands.

Anyway, as you know I was 23 stone, 58" Waist, 54" chest.

I now got to the Gym 3 times a week, for a 1 1/2 hour personal work out, as devised by my instuctor.

I also go swimming 3 times a week, clocking up 40 lenghts, 1 kilometre everytime I go.

Eating virtually a fat free, very enjoyable diet, and no alcohol for 6 months.

Now the good bit ..................

I now have .............

50" Waist
48" Chest

And Weigh ..................

18 1/2 Stone

I will post a few piccys of just my face, taken over a 6 week period, and I think you will agree, there is a vast change.

I will post full length body photos in a few more weeks.

But only 3 1/2 stone to go till it's JUMP time, bring it on !!!!

I met the Fudster this morning and I must say he is looking good (in a healthy way that is) - not quite half the man he used to be but definitely on the way there.

Keep it up Jase.
