I will probably get shouted at for this suggestion, but if you don't have access to a diagnostics setup then try taking it to PC World, tell them you just want to know what is not working so you can buy the parts and fit them yourself and they will do a test on the whole setup and tell you what is not right.
Once they have done that take the base unit, walk out the door and get in your car and go anywhere else to buy the parts as you will save yourself a fortune
(Not that I would advocate getting PC world to do work for free, it is not a nice thing to do, but hey, they deserve it for working there and ripping off the unsuspecting innocent public )

- Modifications: K&N Panel Filter, modified breaking system, modified air intake, performance oil and fuel filters, custom exhaust/manifolds/cats, rebuilt engine with performance parts, custom performance gaskets all round, custom light weight fly wheel, custom modded chip, now pushing 330+bhp. Needs new custom drive chain, modded body to take wider tyres, wider wheels and tyres and will then be complete other than the lift, mud tyres, rock sliders, and everything else I can think of....
